  • Every piece is made with intention in-house (and sometimes glitter!). Because our items are handmade or made-to-order, our return policy is a little different than big box stores and we appreciate your understanding!


    Ready-to-Ship Items

    We accept returns on ready-to-ship, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

    • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

    • Proof of purchase is required.


    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


    Custom and Made-to-Order Items

    All custom items (including personalised text, colour selection, finishes, etc.) are final sale. Each custom item is created specifically for you, which means we are likely unable to restock or resell it.


    Glitter and Handmade Variations

    Because many of items are handmade and use specialty finishes, slight variations in placement, sparkle density, or colour tone may occur. These are not considered defects.


    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at roughdraftpapercompany@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging


    We will do our best to right any issues as quickly as possible.


    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies for a return, you may place a new order once your return has been approved.

    Processing Times

    • Ready-to-Ship Items: 5 - 10 business days

    • Made-to-Order Items: 5 - 15 business days


    Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.


    Canadian Shipping

    Orders are shipped via Canada Post or ChitChats. Delivery times typically range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Flat rate shipping within Canada is $15.00.


    International Shipping

    We now ship around the world! For international shipping, please send us an email with your shipping address and the items you are interested in. We will send you a quote and, once approved, a custom invoice for your items. All shipping costs, duties, tariffs, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary based on customs processing times.


    Shipping Notes

    • Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.


    Lost or Delayed Packages

    We require shipping insurance on all packages. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is in their care. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional support, email us and we will do our best to help.
