About the event
Always wanted to try Dungeons & Dragons but have absolutely no idea where to start? Maybe you’ve watched other people play, heard your friends talk about their campaigns, or bought a set of pretty dice without knowing what half of them do. DND 101 is for you!
This beginner-friendly six-session series will take you from knowing absolutely nothing about D&D to playing through your very first campaign. For Session 2, we’re putting your new character to the test! Learn how gameplay, roleplaying, combat, dice rolls, and decision-making work while playing through a beginner-friendly campaign with your group.
This series is designed specifically for brand-new players, so there are no silly questions and absolutely no prior D&D knowledge is expected. You don’t need to know the rules, own a Player’s Handbook, or understand what a D20 does yet, that’s exactly what we’re here to teach you!
