Slow down and welcome the changing of the seasons at our Autumn Equinox Gathering, an evening designed to help you reconnect with yourself, embrace the shift into autumn, and enjoy a little intentional self-care.
We'll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga session led by Meghan Mainville, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath experience to help you unwind and reset. Afterward, enjoy a warm cup of seasonal tea while creating your own adorable Smiski-inspired keychain, giving you a handmade keepsake to remember the evening. Whether you're looking to recharge, meet new people, or simply enjoy a peaceful night out, this gathering offers the perfect blend of wellness and creativity.
No yoga or crafting experience is necessary, everyone is welcome!
