Plot Twist is our bookish snail mail club designed to feel like a love letter from your favourite fictional world. Each month, you’ll receive a curated envelope filled with cozy, creative pieces to slow down with. Think stickers, bookmarks, colouring moments, and a handwritten note that feels a little more personal than your average mail!
At the heart of it all is a secret book pick of the month! This is something to discover, obsess over, and maybe even build your next reading era around. We curate our book picks to match our monthly theme! (Note, this does not include a book, just a pick and a fun description!)

Plot Twist - Snail Mail Club (Monthly Subscription)
By subscribing to the Plot Twist Snail Mail Club, you agree to the following:
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis based on your selected tier ($13 or $20).
Payments are processed automatically and renewals are the responsibility of the buyer.
Failed payments/ renewals may result in skipped shipments for that month.
Shipping & Delivery
Mail is sent out once per month (typically on or after the 15th of the month to arrive in time for the 1st of the month, though this cannot be guaranteed)
Subscriptions must be purchased by the 14th of the month at 11:59pm. If purchased after this date, orders will be sent for the following month. (Ex. Order on April 14th at 11:59pm, you will receive your order for May. Order April 15th at 8:00am, you will receive your order for June).
Shipping times may vary depending on location.
Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail due to incorrect addresses provided.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month.
Once a payment has been processed, that month’s package will still be sent and is non-refundable.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of subscription mail, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on delivered mail.
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Missing Mail
If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe (by the end of the month), please contact us.
Replacement mail is not guaranteed but will be assessed case-by-case.

Items, designs, and colours may vary slightly from previews.
Monthly contents are subject to change based on availability and creative direction.
Membership Perks
All items are exclusive to the Plot Twist Snail Mail Club and may not be restocked.

Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items: 5 - 10 business days
Made-to-Order Items: 5 - 15 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Canadian Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or ChitChats. Delivery times typically range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Flat rate shipping within Canada is $15.00.
International Shipping
We now ship around the world! For international shipping, please send us an email with your shipping address and the items you are interested in. We will send you a quote and, once approved, a custom invoice for your items. All shipping costs, duties, tariffs, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary based on customs processing times.
Shipping Notes
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We require shipping insurance on all packages. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is in their care. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional support, email us and we will do our best to help.
