Introducing... Plot Twist! Our Snail Mail Club!

There’s something about getting mail in the actual mail that just hits different (I mean, I personally get excited when I open my mailbox and see anything!) and that's what Plot Twist is all about! It's the kind of mail that you open slowly, feels a little personal, and that brightens your day!

So… what exactly is it?

The Plot Twist Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription where you get a curated envelope of bookish goodies delivered right to your door. Think stickers you’ll hoard, bookmarks you’ll rotate based on your current personality (and maybe even our recommended reads!), little creative pieces you can colour, keep, or gift, and a handwritten note that feels like it came from a friend!

Plus, a secret book pick of the month that you absolutely didn’t know you needed!

The best part? Every month is a surprise! You won’t know exactly what designs you’re getting (aside from the sneak previews on our Instagram). You won’t know which book is being recommended. You just know it’s going to be something that fits that cozy, slightly unhinged, reader energy we all share.

There are two tiers to choose from:

1. Tier 1 - The Plot Twist ($13/month)

A little something to look forward to. Your monthly dose of happy mail.

2. Tier 2 - The Main Character ($20/month)

The full experience. More bookmarks, more stickers, more main character energy.

Everything in this club is curated to feel intentional. All designs are made by real artists and not mass-produced. Each month, we will announce the theme on Instagram with a little sneak preview. You can pay month by month or choose a 3- and 6-month subscription too! Plus, if you come to our workshops (tysm if you do!), you'll receive additional bonus points added to your account that can be used for additional workshop discounts!

Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Plot Twist Snail Mail Club, you agree to the following:

Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis based on your selected tier ($13 or $20).

• Payments are processed automatically and renewals are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Failed payments/ renewals may result in skipped shipments for that month.


Shipping & Delivery

• Mail is sent out once per month (typically on or after the 15th of the month to arrive in time for the 1st of the month, though this cannot be guaranteed)

• Subscriptions must be purchased by the 14th of the month at 11:59pm. If purchased after this date, orders will be sent for the following month. (Ex. Order on April 14th at 11:59pm, you will receive your order for May. Order April 15th at 8:00am, you will receive your order for June).

• Shipping times may vary depending on location.

• Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.


Address Accuracy

• It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail due to incorrect addresses provided.


Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month.

• Once a payment has been processed, that month’s package will still be sent and is non-refundable.


Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of subscription mail, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds or returns on delivered mail.

• If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days with photos and we’ll do our best to help.


Lost or Missing Mail

• If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe (by the end of the month), please contact us.

• Replacement mail is not guaranteed but will be assessed case-by-case.


Product Variations

• Items, designs, and colours may vary slightly from previews.

• Monthly contents are subject to change based on availability and creative direction.


Membership Perks

• All items are exclusive to the Plot Twist Snail Mail Club and may not be restocked.

• The “Secret Book Pick of the Month” is curated and may not suit all reading preferences.
